The big bang theory executive producer Bill Prady has revealed some details about how Penny will go through the season.
The CBS sitcom’s fifth season will return in the fall. The last season with Penny and Raj’s drunken one-night stand as the finale, what a terrible suspense design!
As Bill Prady explains to TV Line: “the career of Penny’s waitress is so hopeless that she’s only surrounded by good friends, and she’s been in love with Raj and ruined the relationship.”
“For the first time in her life, it was a man who treated her like a real person and respected her male friends, unlike the men who used to treat her as a flirt. It’s a pity that she messed up this time. I don’t know if any of her friends have done it.
Prady admits that he likes to look at the lives of the characters in the play and then they try to make it up again. “it’s going to be a very interesting experience for Penny,” he said. Sometimes it’s really fun to arrange for them to screw up, or even to have a complete tragedy, and then see how they get out of the mess.
He also revealed that Melissa Rauch, who plays Howard’s girlfriend Bernadette, will continue to play the comedy.
Prady told TV Guide: “everything about Howard’s wedding will be on in the new season, including the best man and the bridesmaid. It would be a tragedy to have a bachelor party before marriage, but it’s hard to see how Howard moved from mom.
It’s also been reported that Leonard will be in a long-distance relationship with Priya halfway around the world in season 5.
The big bang theory has been booked for the next three seasons in January, so it will air at least until season 7.
The big bang theory returns Thursday, Sept. 22 at 8 p.m., with two episodes. (Friday morning, Beijing time)
